ASTRONAUTALIS DOCUMENTARY TEASER TRAILER!

A lot of you have seen me post in the last 8 months about being tailed by a mysterious documentary crew, and perhaps you have even been at a show when you saw 3 polite folks flooding me with panel light, and capturing every sweaty moment on several cameras.  While I have been rather tight-lipped about all of  it since it began, i am happy to reveal a little sneak peek into what they have been up to.

When the fine folks at Hello My Name Is approached me about this project, i admit, i was a bit nervous about the idea of people following me around, filming my life, and perhaps catching me with my finger up my nose…but i decided…if we are going to do this, let’s do it for real.  Thier work is great (check out the other shorts on their site),  their hearts are good, and we all seemed to be on the same page, so I gave them carte blanche to film whatever they wanted, whenever they wanted.  While i have some idea of what they have caught, this is the first footage i have seen…and it gave me goosebumps.  I have no editorial say in this, and that is the way i want it, they film me doing anything, and you, the audience, in turn, learn everything.

the project is still a long way off from completion (they still haven’t caught me with my finger up my nose), but they wanted to make up this rough little trailer to let y’all know what they’ve been up to, and what you have in store.  i hope you enjoy it as much as i did…and if you do…tell everyone about it!
